Supply of Optimised Content Pages	Supplied in Word format with instructions for web designer/developer.	$65 per hour
Upload of Optimisation	Including back-up of original files.	$65 per hour
Review of Uploaded Optimisation	Copy and link checking.	$65 per hour
Review of Link Popularity	Benchmarked against 3 online competitors (results taken from 2 major search engines).	Free
Link Strategy	Identification of the most appropriate link building techniques, plus outline of additional fees.	$65 per hour
Link Building	Application of appropriate link building methodology. Fees may be payable to 3rd parties.	$65 per hour
Search Engine Marketing & Web Marketing Fees
Site Marketing Review	Review includes observations and recommendations for specific site’s online marketing, usability, design and content. One-off fee.	$245
Google Adwords Set Up	Basic set up of Google Adwords account, keywords and ad copy.	$65 per hour
Google Adwords Review	Recommendations for changes to your Ad campaign supplied in Word document.	$65 per hour
Web Marketing Strategy	Including definition of and recommendations for different online marketing options (e.g. blogs, article marketing, social media, etc)	$65 per hour
Writing Fees
Writing for Web and Online Publication	Byline (including link) must be published, if and as agreed.	$65 per hour
Writing for Print Publication	Byline must be published, if and as agreed.	$75 per hour
Editing Fees
Copy Editing	Average of 2-4 pages per hour. Tracked changes supplied in Word format.	$55 per hour
Proofreading	Average of 5 pages per hour (1 page being approximately 300 words). Tracked changes supplied in Word format.	$45 per hour

N.B.: All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Time estimates are provided on a per-project basis. Fees do not include all associated or unforseen project management costs, (administration, phone calls and emails, etc) which will be charged at cost and/or at a standard hourly rate of $45.

Fees may be subject to change.

Terms of Payment

1. Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice issue date by electronic banking.
2. Invoices will be issued and sent by email at the end of each calender month for any work completed on a project at any time during that month, or issued on completion of a project before the end of the month.
3. Payments must be made even if projects are still underway and not yet completed/ signed off.
4. Please let me know if you wish to discuss alternative fees and terms.
