 Byline (including link) must be published, if and as agreed.

Editing Fees

  • Copy Editing
 Average of 2-4 pages per hour. Tracked changes supplied in Word format.
$55 per hour
  • Proofreading
 Average of 5 pages per hour (1 page being approximately 300 words). Tracked changes supplied in Word format.
$45 per hour

N.B.: All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Time estimates are provided on a per-project basis. Fees do not include all associated or unforseen project management costs, (administration, phone calls and emails, etc) which will be charged at cost and/or at a standard hourly rate of $45.

Fees may be subject to change.

Terms of Payment

  1. Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice issue date by electronic banking.
  2. Invoices will be issued and sent by email at the end of each calender month for any work completed on a project at any time during that month, or issued on completion of a project before the end of the month.
  3. Payments must be made even if projects are still underway and not yet completed/ signed off.
  4. Please let me know if you wish to discuss alternative fees and terms.
